Very little or no public transportation and very difficult to get a cab. But the hotel itself is very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was basic but good value for money.
People are nice & friendly, room exactly as I expected but when you have the next morning at 08:40 h your breakfast and there is hardly bread, no meat and the only 2 coffee machines are out of order, you make a false start of the day. It was a disappointing experience.
Stayed here for work. Bed was comfortable. Shower in the room was decent. The rooms are basic but they serve what they’re there for well.
Breakfast was good but some fresh fruit to go with the yoghurt would improve it that little more as it’s continental.
Would use again if down that way for work as the price was fair
One step too far for small room. We were expecting to be here with my dad. The room was listed as wheelchairs accessible. The queen bed is against 2 walls, the single comes out of the closet between the foot of the queen and the window leaving the one person to climb over someone to go to the bathroom and one to have to scoot to the end of the bed and get out just against the small table with 1 chair. They try to fit 3 people in a room that should only have a single bed. The wheelchair would have blocked the narrow path to the bathroom which is not equipped for elderly.
Nice and very well cleaned, recently delivered so in good condition, small rooms.
Claustrophobic small window that can only be tilted. Airco does not seem to fulfill so i ended up with opening the window to at least have some oxygen in my room. Because of heat outside it was little better option than the airco.
Bed has thin mattress, and somehow felt broken on one side resulting the feeling of rolling out of bed. Moving more to the middle fixed this. Worst experience was all the guests leaving their room at 6AM and the extremely strong door pushers very loud smashing the doors. I went to the hotel to avoid 2,5 hour trip for my next day early meeting but at the end i slept less and worse than when i would have stayed at home. Breakfast was budget but good, staff very friendly.
Friendly staff but heating didn't work and staff did try but didn't manage to get it working. We were given extra blankets instead. Confusion initially because we asked for a room with 2 separate beds and there was a double bed and a …
For the price would expect a kettle and a few cheep coffee sachets. Staff helpful but really overpriced for what you get..| management want to try there BUDGET and try the standard hotel they need to WAKE UP!!! |PUBLIC BEWARE!!! |
1st the directions to find the hotel are difficult -lucky I turned up in the day light. God forbid coming in the dark - you can see the hotel, but the signs are not clear (for the last leg) thru the rough track (thru the truck depot),. This can be fixed by putting a map on the Internet!
2nd the staff (a trainee) was not very professiant at finding my booking and her and her boss seemed to be occupied with other activities.
3rd the same staff -when I asked where to eat directed me to a restaurant which I couldn't find, walking down the road for about 1 a mile - the desired restaurant had changed its hours and I got their late
I choose this hotel based on an previous experience and the friendly can do staff attitude. The morning staff seemed to be more friendly
